Please Help Me Pay My Medical Bills
Hi, I'm Cash...I got my name because I'm a "Man in Black" just like Johnny Cash! I guess I've also had big troubles in my short life, kinda like a Johnny Cash song! See I caught my back foot in a rabbit snare and lost my foot! I was rescued by some very nice people that took me to the vet. but my leg was in pretty terrible shape, I had about an inch of bone exposed. The vets said the only thing they could do was amputate the entire leg. So now I have to "Walk The Line " with three legs! It will be quite awhile before I am healed and ready to find my new home. I not only have to heal from the surgery, but I also have to learn not to be scared of being hurt. See I was also abused, my whiskers were cut, I have an old injury above one of my eyes and I'm always expecting to be hit! The volunteers here are very patient with me though, and I am starting to remember how nice it is to be petted and told I am a good boy! The good people here at Just Animals say I deserve a chance at happiness, I'm starting to believe I do too! But the surgery I had was very expensive! They could use some help paying my vet bills. If you would like to make a donation toward my vet expenses please send a check to either Just Animals Shelter, P.O. Box 298, Seneca, IL 61360 or Fox Valley Veterinarian Hospital 1311 Starfire Dr., Ottawa, IL 61350 or click on the paypal button at our website http://www.justanimals.org Be sure to indicate that the money is meant to help pay any expenses incurred by me, Cash the kitty worth a second chance!

Rocky Memorial Garden
Have your beloved pet memorialized in our virtual memorial garden and help support our feral cat fund at the same time.

We are always in need of your tax-deductible monetary donations. Just Animals is a small non-profit shelter that rescues, cares for and places out for adoption hundreds of homeless pets every year. The costs to sustain and maintain the shelter, as well as care for the animals, are high and we depend on your tax-deductible donations to rescue, feed and provide necessary veterinary care for the animals while they wait to be adopted. We really need your support. Please consider giving a monetary donation and/or volunteering your time. Thanks!
